32,000-square-foot renovation of an existing warehouse converted into a church. The renovation included a new lobby, sanctuary, stage, classrooms, and bathrooms. This renovation project ran through their Christmas season and was completed in two phases, each 3 months long, while the church occupied the space. Phase I was completed without necessitating any change to the holiday services and Phase II was completed ahead of schedule.
